As President and Chief Executive Officer of WonderStar Healthcare, Inc., Kendrick built the company from the ground up into a successful healthcare staffing firm, now generating an average annual revenue of over $3 million. His leadership encompasses recruitment, compliance, and market growth, ensuring the development of high-performing teams and excellent service delivery. Mr. Mentee’s skill in creating cohesive work environments and implementing scalable systems has strengthened WonderStar’s position as a leading provider in the healthcare staffing industry.

Bringing over 16 years of healthcare management experience, Audrey ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and quality assurance for all placed staff.


She coordinates staff assignments according to client needs and contractual obligations, ensuring all personnel are credentialed and practiced within their scope. Audrey monitors employee performance through client feedback and incident reports, addressing issues promptly, and documenting corrective actions according to agency policies.
